Please read these Terms of Service ( “Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the www.thistlecottageflowerfarm.co.uk website and mobile application ( the “service) operated by Thistle Cottage Flower Farm.  Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.  These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound to these Terms.  If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not use the Service.

Termination:  We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms, which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner.  You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

When you purchase a product on our website you will be taken to a checkout purchase where payment will be taken. An automatic email will be generated and sent to you upon the completion of the transaction.  This is not a confirmation of your order.  We will contact you to confirm our acceptance of your order and the completion of the transaction occurs when your order has been dispatched. Reasons for inability to confirm order may include shortage of stock or inability to obtain payment.

We reserve the right to change or amend the website at any time and the products offered.  

Regarding flower delivery, if the recipient for a delivery is not at home, the flowers will need to be left in a protected shady place ( at your own risk) specified on the original order, or with a neighbour for safekeeping where possible.
